Rivers Bend 10 years, 1 month ago I was reading the CC&R’s, it states the HOA was seeking a change to the current flood status, did that happen? I just left there a bit ago, things are moving along and it’s an amazing community.

We build the homes 6″ above the flood plane. Our footing is 6 feet above the 100 year flood. So in essence, the water would be in the street before it would be in the house. But, we recommend to all our customers to have flood insurance. The cost from our past customers has been around $400
