We secured two more lots in Phase for last week. Lot 6 blk 1 and Lot 5 blk 5. Love to do a build job on these lots.

Make sure you check out the all new Bayberry at Spurwing Greens. I have added a lock box to the home. A few items are getting finished up, but it is ready for someone to fall in love with it and snatch it up!

Rivers Bend is a very unique community. It is set up for people that want to live a low maintenance lifestyle. The outside maintenance is covered in by the HOA. The HOA investment is $140 a month.

I’ve had a couple of instances this year where I’ve had multiple offers. However, when I called the agents to tell them I needed their highest and best, they elected not to get into a bidding war. Bad feelings over the bidding wars of ’05, ’06?

  Yes, I remember those days.. 04-06.. It wasn’t good at all. Lots of snakes back then. I think a lot of those have been weeded out, but always gotta be careful.
