Jeremy, what a the finishes in the home? Flooring? Countertops? Etc. I get asked that a LOT while I’m doing Open Houses.

We build the homes 6″ above the flood plane. Our footing is 6 feet above the 100 year flood. So in essence, the water would be in the street before it would be in the house. But, we recommend to all our customers to have flood insurance. The cost from our past customers has been around $400

Wow, this year is already half over! I wanted to show you a couple photos of our Sawtooth model that is under construction in Rivers Bend Community. This house is looking so good, and the large beams with high vaulted ceilings opens up the back of the house into the large trees on the rivers side of the community. Tell us what you think. This home should be finished by the end of the month and is listed on MLS.

Hi Jeremy – I see you have an active calendar for open houses in Rivers Bend. Is that for any Preferred Agent? I would like to get active with Blackstead again now that I have recovered from my second knee surgery. If I am able to hold open houses, let me know what weekdays you think might be best – I see the weekends are all taken in September. Also, is Blackstead participating in the Fall Parade?
