I’ve had a couple of instances this year where I’ve had multiple offers. However, when I called the agents to tell them I needed their highest and best, they elected not to get into a bidding war. Bad feelings over the bidding wars of ’05, ’06?
Yes, I remember those days.. 04-06.. It wasn’t good at all. Lots of snakes back then. I think a lot of those have been weeded out, but always gotta be careful.
