Lots we have left in phase 4. We just purchased Lot 1 blk 6, and Lot 5 block 5. Other lots have homes being built on them. Lot 2 blk 5 has a cypress being built. And lot 33 blk 1 has a Hawthorn being built on it.

We secured two more lots in Phase for last week. Lot 6 blk 1 and Lot 5 blk 5. Love to do a build job on these lots.

Make sure you check out the all new Bayberry at Spurwing Greens. I have added a lock box to the home. A few items are getting finished up, but it is ready for someone to fall in love with it and snatch it up!
